Here’s an easy to make, delicious dessert recipe that is great for any evening. Use your favorite coffee or pick up some of the organic, locally roasted best at Shearwater Coffee Roasters, in Trumbull. - 20 oz. of whipping cream
- 7 oz. of sweetened condensed milk (about half a can)
- 4 oz. dark roast coffee
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- For best consistency, pour mixed ingredients into an ice cream maker. When ice cream maker is finished with its cycle, the ice cream is ready to eat.
- This recipe can also be prepared without an ice cream maker: simply thoroughly combine ingredients, freeze overnight, and enjoy.
